Thanks for the write-up.

An important feature is the resume capability on the stream which improves reliability over directly reading the oplog. I have implemented the change stream in a test setup but cannot get a resume if I stand down the RS primary even with majority read/writes.
From reading the node driver source, I thought that this was a part part of the driver functionality.

Have you tested the resume capability?
